How to order from Golden Foods

Ordering takes a minute: no account and no online payment needed. Here is how ordering, delivery, payment and returns work at Golden Foods.

Ordering from Golden Foods takes about a minute. You don't need an account, and you don't pay anything online.

1. Choose your products

Browse our shop and choose what you would like.

2. Enter your delivery details

At checkout, give your name, phone number and delivery address. The delivery charge for your address is shown before you confirm:

Area	Delivery charge	Usual delivery time
Inside Dhaka	৳70	1–3 days
Outside Dhaka	৳120	1–3 days

An account is optional: it lets you see your orders and save your addresses.

3. Pay when it arrives

We currently accept cash on delivery: you pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives.

4. Check your parcel

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund. Approved refunds are sent within 7 days by bKash, Nagad or bank transfer. See our Refund policy.

Need to change or cancel an order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that has not been sent yet, and as you pay on delivery, nothing is charged.
