Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses across Bangladesh.

Delivery charges and times

The charge for your address is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

About delivery times

Delivery times are counted from when your order is confirmed. They are our usual times, not a guarantee: bad weather, public holidays and courier delays can make a delivery take longer. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to let you know.

Paying on delivery

Orders are paid in cash when they arrive (cash on delivery). The amount due is the order total shown at checkout, including the delivery charge.

When your order arrives

Please check your parcel when you receive it. If something is damaged, missing or not what you ordered, tell the delivery person if you can and contact us as soon as possible, so we can put it right under our Refund policy.
