These terms apply when you browse or buy from the Golden Foods online store. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.

Your account

You can shop with or without an account. If you create one, keep your sign-in details private: orders placed from your account are treated as placed by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Products and prices

• Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The delivery charge is added at checkout and shown before you confirm your order.
• We try to show every product accurately, but colours and packaging may differ slightly from the pictures.
• Products are available while stock lasts.

Orders

When you place an order you are offering to buy the products in it. We may contact you to confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error or the delivery details are incomplete, and we will tell you if we do.

If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will cancel it if it has not yet been sent.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery: you pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives.

Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery charges and times are set out in our Shipping policy.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund policy.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh, including the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with the date it was last updated, applies to orders placed from that date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
